Robert C. Chambers

Robert Charles Chambers (born 1952[1]) of Cabell County, West Virginia, was the Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1978 to 1996 and Speaker from 1986 to 1996.[2]

He is currently a Federal District Court Judge in the West Virginia Southern District.[1][3]
